This is my theory on a comparison between Suzui Ryota and Miyuki Shirogane from the manga series Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War. The theory is based on spoilers from the manga series Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War.

The theory sounds like this:

In the manga series Kaguya-Sama: Love Is War we are told in a chapter that Miyuki Shirogane's parents owned the pharmaceutical company only because of a certain brother of Kaguya-Sama he did the same thing as the business they had. - Miyuki's parents go bankrupt.

And why wouldn't it be possible for Suzui Ryota's parents to have a pharmaceutical business? to go bankrupt as was the case with Miyuki Shirogane.

Considering that both Miri Yobami and Miyo Inbami specialize in the drug business (including poisons), they did so in order to permanently destroy their competition.

I said this because both the school in the Kakegurui manga universe and the school in the Kaguya-Sama manga universe are a school with children who have rich parents and the difference would be that at the school in the Kakegurui universe they bet big and at the school in the Kaguya-Sama universe don't bet at all.

But it would also be the fact that in an episode of season 1 we are told that Yumeko is orphaned by both parents and that her sister is still in the hospital. And I think the other members of the clan would be the main suspects considering how Miri Yobami and Miyo Inbami did in this episode.
