Anime-Manga Differences[]
The game of Even or Odd between Sakura and Midari happens in episode two right after the Three Hit Dice game between Mary and Mikura. In the manga, Sakura and Midari have their match way later, after the Coupling Party. So episode 5 would've contained the Even or Odd game of Sakura and Midari if it was animated in the original order.
