The Back Letter Game is a game played in the parody Kakegurui (Kakkokari). The game is played between Kirari Momobami and Sayaka Igarashi.

You write words on someone's back and they have to guess what you wrote.

Kirari goes first and writes "ur cute". Sayaka is too embarrassed to say what she wrote, so the point goes to Kirari. It's Sayaka's turn and she thinks of something that would be hard to say out loud. She then comes up with "I like you", but the president has already guessed that before she could even write it!
