Nagi Kamishimo (上下 凪) is a supporting character in Kakegurui Twin. He's a member of Full-Bloom, and is considered to be very popular student among female students.
Appearance[]
He has short light blue hair, that is somewhat messy, with streaks sticking out. Nagi also wears his uniform opened up.
Personality[]
Nagi tormenting Soutarou
Kamishimo seems to be pretty laid back at first. He appears very relaxed and friendly. He is actually quite unassuming. But under that façade, he has a very cunning side. Nagi enjoys taking advantage of others and is actually quite sadistic.
Nagi enjoys putting others below him and asserting dominance over them. He is not only a talented gambler but also seems to be good at sword fighting. Nagi is very clever and also likes to act very smirky and make cruel remarks about others. He does put some trust into Soutarou's opinions and skills, though.

Nagi once arrived at the Sword fight club, where he beat Soutarou Ibuki in a fight. As a result, he is now forced to do whatever Nagi wants. He shows up during the rebellion against Kirari, led by Aoi Mibuomi. He arrives there together with Soutarou.

Nagi also goes to Mary's gambling den and wants to gamble with her, because he is interested in how good she actually is. Nagi doesn't plan on winning, but rather he wants to find out, how exactly Mary plays so he can use that to his advantage in the future. He still bets a lot of money, to intimidate her and to find out how she will act, when confronted with such stakes. He ends up losing, but just shrugs it off and pays.
Later, when Sakura Miharutaki talks to Sachiko Juraku about how she wants to take down Zenshoukai, Soutarou, and Nagi face off against her and Mary in a gamble. Nagi is very skilled during the game, especially since he now has information on Mary and knows how she gambles. In the last round, he goes all in, much to the shock of the others. But he is still confident to win and already planned out, what he is going to do after his victory. However he is defeated by Mary and loses.

Etymology[]
- The name Nagi means "calm, lull" (凪).
- Nagi's surname Kamishimo means "up and down/going up and down, high and low, upper and the lower parts, unloading and loading, praising and blaming, samurai garb, government and the people" (上下).
