Open Girl is the twelfth chapter of Kakegurui written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura.
Summary[]
The ESP Game between Midari Ikishima and Yumeko Jabami begins, and round 1 is won by Midari.
Plot[]
After the Observation Room has been prepared for the game, Ryota Suzui enters, ready to begin the ESP Game. He is then given the ESP cards, and also struggles to think of what "that" could be. The game then begins, and Ryota sticks his hand under the monitor as a two, or a scissors. Midari Ikishima doesn't understand the sign and has Ryota go ahead and lay down the cards. Then Midari and Yumeko Jabami put in their desired amount of bullets into their gun. Midari says that she put in six bullets, and Ryota becomes flustered because him and Yumeko don't really have a signal. They then place their guns in the pouch and lay down their cards in their desired order. After they are done, Ryota reveals his cards, and the results are Midari: 3 and Yumeko: 2. Because she won, she realizes the sign from Ryota was a bluff and she chooses her gun, asking Yumeko if she's prepared to die.
