Shinnouji is the president of Yumemi Yumemite's fan club and is naturally a very big fan of her. He was also one of her first big fans, as shown in a flashback.

Shinnouji is a rather obese student. He wears glasses and has dark brown messy hair. He sweats a lot and whenever he talks, his nose flusters.

He is extremely devouted to Yumemi. He fully knows his duties as president and wants to make everything as best as possible for her. He always cheers loudly at his concerts and is generally always in a good mood. He realizes that he isnt very attractive, but still loves Yumemi despite her insults. He is also confident enough to stand up for Yumemi in front of an entire crowd.

Shinnouji is first seen at a fan gathering talking to Yumemi. He mentions how something went wrong and wants to correct the others. He also mentions how he expects all fans of her to get 100 daily views on YourTube. He does the same, but on five different phones. During the later game hes cheering for Yumemi. During her dance sequence he and the others perform a synchronized dance with glowsticks.

When she reveals her secret however, everyone is silenced and in shock. But he raises his voice, saying they still love her, not to be loved back. That motivates the other fans to cheer on as well and Yumemi is truly touched and promises to stay an idol, under thunderous applause. When he heard about Kaede having attempted to sabotage her career, he was quite upset.

Nervous while Yumemi is so desperate
He willingly gave his vote to Yumemi to use during the election. He was of course also present at her performance battle against Kawaru Natari. Before that he was bribed by Yumemi to vote for her. But soon after, Rei bribed him back to neutrality. During Yumemi's song he cheered and thought it couldnt be topped anyway. But he was blown away by Kawaru's song and voted for her.

He was later shocked when Yumemi broke her own finger and sad that she has lost all her hope. So he, along with the others tried to cheer her up and make clear to her, that she doesnt need to be an actress. He continues to cheer her on. He is also excited when she is announced during the broadcast.
