Sukaru Aizawa (相沢スカル) is a member of the Election Committee, serving as a referee during election gambling matches.

Sukaru has almond-shaped eyes framed with short, pointed eyebrows, adding her sharp canines, her visage definitely screams a brash and tough persona.
She wears a skull-faced variation of the orange hoodie like all of the observers from the Election Committee do, over the standard female Hyakkaou Private Academy issued uniform, though without the black cross tie.

Sukaru talks in a casual, rude way. She calls the players "bastards". Even though it may not seem like it, she takes her role as a member of The Election Committee very seriously and provides a fair game.

Sukaru is called to be the referee in Yumeko Jabami's gamble against Terano Totobami.Terano is convinced that this place was designed by Kirari Momobami. She asks Sukaru why she is making them gamble in a place designed by their competitors. Terano goes as far as doubting Sukaru’s neutrality. Sukaru confirms that Kirari made this game, and ensures her that she is neutral. She adds that it was hard to find a game for this contest.
When Moe Kijioka pulls out the knife and attacks Yumi Totobami, Sukaru used a stick to stun Moe. She then asks people watching through the cameras for a health counselor.

- Her given name, Sukaru, although spelled out in katakana, means "skull", a reference to her hoodie.
- Her surname, Aizawa, means "fellow swamp"(相沢)(aizawa).
