Sushi Russian Roulette (お寿司ロシアンルーレット) is a game played in the parody Kakegurui (Kakkokari). Mary Saotome proposes this game to Yumeko Jabami, while Ryota Suzui observes the gamble.

There are ten pieces of sushi that the two players have to eat in turn. One of them is completely filled with wasabi and is therefore incredibly spicy. The game can go on even if the spicy sushi is eaten, as long as the player is able to hide their pain. Ryota comments that the game is something you'd see in a game show, instead of a gamble.

Mary has declared that only one piece of sushi is filled with wasabi, but in reality all of them are - the point of the game is to hide your discomfort. For this goal, she trained hard and learned how to conceal her expressions. However, the wasabi turns out to be much spicier than she thought and she struggles. Meanwhile, Yumeko calmly eats her sushi and even says it's delicious.
In the end, Mary is left nauseous.
