The Condescending Girl is the sixty-first chapter of Kakegurui written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura.

Summary

As the game continues, Rin Obami and Ibara Obami display their inner feelings to us as the reader.

Plot

In a flashback, the Obami family is questioning Rin Obami about the essence of a swindle, and he promptly answers them. Back at the game, Ririka Momobami has exposed Rin's lies to Midori, Anzu, and Aruka. Rin attempts to encourage the girls to not believe Ririka, but they are too enraged with him to believe him anymore. Ririka then urges them to all attack Rin. From this, Rin deducts that Ririka is trying to devour them whole. Making him and Ibara Obami defend and the three girls attack, Ririka can attack the girls and come into first place. Rin recalls that this situation is like his game against Kirari Momobami in Old Maid. He recalls that during the game, Kirari reveals his cheat. Although she allowed Rin to win, the hierarchy between them was etched into his mind. Rin reveals that this Election is his chance to display his supremacy Kirari. Next to him, Ibara thinks Rin is too calm. He interprets that this means Rin doesn't care whether he wins or loses the Election. Ibara then receives a request to attack Ririka and the other three girls. Ibara tells Rin that he isn't too sure about this but Rin looks down on Ibara. Ibara doesn't want Rin to look down on him because he can't accept that Rin is a weak person down inside who looks down on others to feel good about himself. All moves are locked in, and they move onto the seventh turn.
