The Dream Come True Girl is the 107th chapter of Kakegurui, written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura.
Summary[]
Kirari stayed president after the election, but there was no longer any housepet. This system fell apart because of Yumeko. A Fido-Mittens Mutual Aid Society has been created to make sure nobody ever becomes a housepet again.
Kirari wasted 300 billion yen on the election. Even she can’t take responsibility for that sum. Yukihime reads out the settlement offer. The first provision is that Kirari must die. She is abducted.
Later, students selected by Kirari gather in her room. Yumeko, Runa, Rin, Terano, Ririka, Kaede, and Karen form the new student council. As Kirari has been abducted, they’ll have to get her back.
Plot[]
A screen in the main hall displays a reproduction of the moment Mary turned Ryota into a housepet. Karen Mozu explains that these days are in the past. If someone becomes a housepet, they’ll lend him or her one million yen to buy freedom.
Yumeko is amazed by her performance. Mary blushes and is angry at Ryota for convincing her to make the video. Yumeko praises Ryota and calls him a natural-born fido.

Sayaka is devastated when she meets Kirari. Kirari is thankful to Sayaka since she tried to help her. Sayaka leaves papers to Kirari and runs away, crying. Kabura enters the room, alongside Yukihime. The latter explains that Kirari wasted 300 billion yen on the election. Even Kirari can’t take responsibility for that sum. Yukihime reads out the settlement offer. The first provision is that Kirari must die.
Later, Yumeko receives a letter. It’s an invitation from Kirari. She’s excited to gamble against Kirari. Ryota, Mary, and she go to the president’s room. They’re surprised to find a group of people: Runa, Rin, Yumi, Terano, Ririka, Kaede, and Karen. All of them were surprised to be called over here.
Seven of them received an invitation letter from Kirari. Ririka explains that as Kirari was re-elected, she had to choose a new student council. Those with an invitation letter form the new student council.
