The Enticed Girl is the fourth chapter of the second volume of Kakegurui Twin written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Saiki Kei.
Plot[]
The chapter begins with Mary Saotome reviewing all the events since her first day at Hyakkaou Private Academy to the exact moment the treasurer of the Student Council, Aoi Mibuomi, defeated at her own game, the Magic Data Set. Noticing Mary's irritation, Tsuzura Hanatemari apologizes, thinking it was her fault, but the other replies that it was her own fault for not foreseeing that outcome. Yukimi Togakushi tries to calm them down and say that they would need to find another way to make money, which Mary denies for not having the funds to do such a thing and gets up, claiming she would go home.
Walking through the corridors, she thought that she had been too harsh and that perhaps she should have accepted Aoi's request, but something caught her attention: a flyer. Asking one of the students who were there, I knew that it was the deadline for donations to the guild, thanking him and leaving right away, realizing that he would become a pet without saving Tsuzura. He remembered her conversation with Aoi, about how he wanted to bring down the current system built by Kirari Momobami and that he needed Mary's power; Yukimi, however, found it outrageous and impossible for them to be able to destroy her, Aoi replied that he would share his ideas if she joined him.
Returning to the present, Mary, in front of Aoi's office door, entered, finding, besides him, Tsuzura and Yukimi. Aoi explained that they could destroy the guild through the housepet system itself, showing them a room where several housepet bet, as he was looking for skilled gamblers. He commented on how he had been watching Mary since her first day and called her amazing, asking her to participate in a group bet with her money at stake so she could save them.
Then it cuts to a presenter explaining about the Union Party, to which Mary, Tsuzura and Yukimi wondered what the hell it was. The presenter explains about the rules of the Couples Bet. The trio was outraged and confused by how it worked, of course, until someone called Mary, Mikura Sado, who greeted her and claimed to be there for business, making her notice that Sachiko Juraku was there, to which Mikura explained that she was the main organizer of the party. As their team would need two more girls, she said she would be assigning them.
The girls' team rivals.
Mikura led the trio to two girls: Chitose Inui and Kurumi Kurume, who introduced themselves to them. When both Kurumi and the trio said it was their first time, Chitose offered to give more information about that bet, making Kurumi saddened to note that she must not have won even once if she was there again as no one wanted to date. her, wondering why. Continuing to explain, she asked the others' real purpose: whether it was to get a boyfriend or money, being disappointed when they all agreed it was for money.
Anyway, she pointed in the direction of the boys who would be the rival group.
