The Full-Bloom society councilors can be broadly divided into two groups. The true believers of Aoi: Ouri and Soutarou, and the schemers: Kurumi, Naoko, Houko, Eneru, and Nagi. Mikura believes that it's amazing Aoi formed a coherent group at all. Sachiko adds that it's fun to observe from far away.
