The Gathering Girl is the sixty-fourth chapter of Kakegurui written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura.

Summary

Invites for the Grand Tournament are sent out by Sayaka Igarashi to certain individuals, and it soon begins.

Plot

In their own separate room, a few members of the Momobami clan are discussing the invite that Sayaka Igarashi handed out to them for the Grand Tournament. Miroslava Honebami suggests that Kirari Momobami may be aiming to take down the other clan members, but Terano Totobami disagrees and thinks that she's trying to cut down on vote-buying. Ibara Obami suggests that all people present in the room should attend due to him believing that what happened to Rin Obami's Scumcoins might happen to Terano, taking into consideration that Kirari possesses more funds than her. Miyo Inbami agrees, and Terano allows them to participate.

In The Election Committee room, Sayaka is requesting that the Election Committee broadcast the Grand Tournament, saying that it was a request from the family. Runa Yomozuki tries to escape having to broadcast by saying that, because it was requested by the family, they have to remain neutral, but Sayaka brings up the imposter that presided over the game of War in Volume 11. Runa eventually gives in and seems excited because whoever wins will be ranked high on the charts with Kirari and Terano.

Mary Saotome, Ririka Momobami, Yumeko Jabami, and Ryota Suzui are all walking together outside of the school while discussing the Grand Tournament. Apparently Terano wasn't invited and neither was Ririka. Ririka asks Yumeko and Ryota if they're Mary's allies too, and Yumeko tells her that they're her friends. Yumeko tells Mary that this will be their first match in a while, and Mary says that she will beat her. They arrive at the Grand Tournament area and it begins.

Kurara Kurokura (the real one, as shown by the 'I am real' banner across her chest) explains that the tournament game will be Rock Paper Scissors Poker. The tournament bracket is revealed and the first round between Yumeko and Erimi Mushibami begins.
