You asked me who killed your parents, didn't you? Well, I have the answer. You're such a kind daughter. Even now, you still believe, don't you? You think it can all go back to normal. That there's some other answer waiting for you, but no, I killed them both! For the same reason why I'm about to beat you! I am going to rule the Jabamis!!

Tsugiko Jabami to Souko Jabami

Summary[]

Souko and Tsugiko are playing a match where Souko has 8 million yen and Tsugiko has 8.184 billion yen. Tsugiko tells Souko that it's her naivety that will allow her to win. Despite being anxious, Souko manages to win seven rounds in a row. Tsugiko confesses to Souko that she killed her parents and declares that she will beat Souko to become the ruler of the Jabami family. Tsugiko rolls a Snake Eye, leaving Souko with no option but to do the same roll. Souko collapses.

Plot[]

Souko has 8 million yen; Tsugiko 8.184 billion. Kirari asks them to continue the match. Souko, anxious, asks her aunt why she's going this far. Tsugiko responds that it's because of her naivety. She adds that it's the reason Souko is going to lose. Tsugiko reminds her opponent that she's a Jabami too and rolls a Snake Eye. She recognizes that Souko would roll it more often than her if she was fully focused.

Kabura is amazed by the aunt's strategies up until this point. Despite her stress, Souko lands a Snake Eye too. In the next round, Tsugiko rolls a six and one, for seven. Souko messes up for the first time by rolling two threes, for six. She still wins this round as she rolled the lower score.

They keep going and Tsugiko only has 6.144 billion yen remaining; Souko 2.048 billion. If she wins two more rounds, she'll take the lead in money. Tsugiko admits that she looked down upon her. She's certain that she'll end her niece's seven-round winning streak. Kabura realizes that Souko is at her mental limit. Tsugiko finally tells Souko upfront that she killed her parents. She then declares that she’ll beat Souko in order to rule the Jabami family. Tsugiko rolls a Snake Eye, leaving her opponent with no option but to do that same roll. She presses Souko to make her next roll. Souko collapses.
