Plot[]
The current Election polls are released, with Terano Totobami taking first place from Kirari Momobami. Nanami Tsubomi is viewing these results, saying that Housepets have no hope in the Election. As she is thinking this, two bully boys come up to her and take her to the men's restroom. One of them force her to gamble away her one vote to him in a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors where he will play rock and she will play scissors. He asks The Election Committee official if this gamble is allowed, and she says that it is valid as long as both sides agree to it. The bully asks Nanami is she's in, and she refuses. The bully is outraged and tells the Election observer to get lost, but as soon as he says that, Yumeko Jabami bursts in with Ryota Suzui. She immediately asks Nanami if she wants to gamble with her. The bully pushes away Yumeko and tells her that they're in the middle of something, but Yumeko asks them if they're interested in gambling with her until one of them is done for good. Scared of her, the boys quickly get lost. Yumeko immediately asks Nanami about their gamble again, to which Nanami shows interest in selling her vote to Terano, which in turn prompts her response to Yumeko that she can't gamble with her. Yumeko discourages Nanami from selling her vote to Terano, because her one vote still wouldn't be able to come close to paying off her debt, but could instead gamble to earn more votes and come closer to paying off her debt. Nanami then accepts Yumeko's proposal to gamble. In the Student Council room, Jun Kiwatari is giving Sayaka Igarashi 35 votes in exchange for 280 million yen. Sayaka asks him who he earned all the votes from and he tells her that he won them from Yumeko. In her private room, Kirari asks Sayaka if she started buying votes for her sake, and she tells her that she did it for her own desire to see her win. Sayaka notes that Terano is a shrewd player, because once the Scumcoins stock crashed, she picked it up and promoted the selling of votes. Sayaka asks Kirari if she'll continue permitting the selling of votes, but Kirari is too busy wondering what Yumeko and Ririka Momobami are up to. Once Sayaka tells her what they've been up to, Kirari says that it's time to gather them all together.
