Mary believes that Sakura has several reasons for growing her hair long: It can be a weapon, it can serve as a rope in emergencies, and, on cold days, it allows her to naturally invite her boyfriend to share a “scarf” with her. Sakura calls Mary, making her come to herself. She tells Mary that she is making “that face” where she tries to look serious, but she’s actually thinking a bunch of stupid crap.
The truth is that Sakura is compensating for her girly looks.
