The Voyeur Girl is the 30th chapter of Kakegurui Twin, written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Kei Saiki.
Summary[]
The Great Bloom Festival begins. As Tsuzura and Yukimi prepare their gamble, Eneru storms into the room. She seizes everything. Yukimi doesn’t know who she is. Eneru tells her that she’s the head of the Photography Club and a Full-Bloom councilor. She executed Aoi’s orders. Meanwhile, Kurumi and Mary are exploring the school to find gambling dens.
Kurumi explains to her that during this week, each room will keep track of its profits. The one that earns the most will receive the great bloom prize and ten million yen in cash. She adds that last year, the traditional culture club won the big prize, and Yuriko, their leader, got a seat on the student council. Many people see this event as a chance to boost their status and Kurumi suggests they aim for that. Mary shows disinterest, as she believes it's too much competition and wants to focus on some surer bets.
Kurumi believes that this is the great part about Mary. Hyakkaou Academy students are total dreamers who think they deserve to win without effort or reason. That's how they approach gambling and everything else in life. This is because they've been winners since the day they were born. This is not the case for Mary. Whether she's riding high or on the ropes, she never stops thinking. Mary stays rational and calculates expected returns. She does this to win. It takes a strong will, heart, and person to do that. Kurumi wants to see Mary forced to pray for a miracle. She then grabs Mary and leads her to gambling dens.
Eneru tells Yukimi and Tsuzura that the club will keep existing, but she'll be its new leader. She fires Yukimi as a leader, but allows her to stay on as a regular member. Yukimi panics and tells her she has no right to do this. Eneru answers that she doesn't know what this is for either. She shows her enforcement permit to Yukimi. She then explains to Yukimi that if the student council wills it, it can take away the permission to run a club activity anytime. Eneru implies that Aoi made her the Literary Club's leader. Yukimi doubts that Aoi cares about the Literary Club. She thinks the reason he did this is to rule over Mary.
Yukimi asks Eneru if they can keep the gambling den going as is. Eneru answers that she'll shut down the gambling room because she loves seeing people's troubled faces. Eneru asks Yukimi and Tsuzura if they want to play a game. The stakes are that she'll forget about this takeover if they win and nothing will change if they lose. Tsuzura and Yukimi are shocked because nothing will happen if they lose. Eneru asks them to think of it as an act of pity.
In return, Eneru decides what game they play. Yukimi finds this fishy, as it doesn’t benefit her. Yukimi demands a guarantee: If they win, for at least one week, the student council can’t meddle in their business. She thinks there is no point in doing this otherwise, since they could send someone else to take them over. Eneru answers that she can't tell Aoi what to do. Yukimi says she can. She points out that the great bloom prize is at stake. Every club is eligible for the prize, including the Literary Club. Changing leaders midway will clearly affect their chances. Yukimi wants the great bloom prize office to mediate over this. This office is run by Runa.
Ruri shows a request they've got to Runa. She accepts, as they're absolutely neutral. They're neither friend nor foe to Aoi.
Tsuzura tried to get in touch with Mary in vain. Only Yukimi and Tsuzura will be competing. Shimizu welcomes them into the Photography Club's room. Inaho will be the referee for this game. Eneru had informed her of the rules of the game in advance, so she'll explain them to Yukimi and Tsuzura. The name of the game is Peeping Tom Baseball Fist.
Plot[]
The Great Bloom Festival’s opening ceremony begins and Kirari did not come. According to Sayaka, Kirari finds the event too boring. Mary and Kurumi explore the school to check the gambling dens. Mary doesn't want Kurumi to follow her because she can't trust her, as a Full-Bloom leader. Meanwhile, Yukimi and Tsuzura are preparing their gamble. Yukimi guesses that Tsuzura wanted to hang out with Mary, which makes her blush. Tsuzura tries to deny it in vain. Yukimi tells her they have an entire week, so she'll have a lot of chances to explore with Mary. Tsuzura smiles.
Eneru storms into the Literary Club's room. She sticks a poster in the door saying that the room was seized due to non-payment. She is accompanied by Shimizu, her assistant. Yukimi doesn't know who she is. Eneru says that she's the head of the Photography Club and a Full-Bloom society councilor. She's here to execute orders. Eneru then sticks "Seized due to non-payment" posters on every object in the room, which shocks Yukimi. She explains to Yukimi and Tsuzura that their property is being seized and she's here to raze the Literary Club to the ground.
Kurumi tells Mary that most of the room rents will be used for the great bloom prize. It's a contest run by the student council. Kurumi explains that during this week, each room will be keeping track of its profits. The one that earns the most will receive the great bloom prize and ten million yen in cash. The stakes are that she'll forget about this takeover if they win and nothing will change if they lose. Tsuzura and Yukimi are shocked because nothing will happen if they lose.
