Unyielding Girl is the forty-ninth chapter of Kakegurui written by Homura Kawamoto and illustrated by Toru Naomura.

Summary

The Greater Good Game ends, and the consequences of the gamble are put into action. It is revealed that Itsuki Sumeragi lost a side bet with Terano Totobami and must step out of The Election.

Plot

The affect of the Greater Good Game on everyone's vote count is revealed: Miroslava Honebami loses 100 votes, Kaede Manyuda neither gains nor loses any votes, Yumeko Jabami and Ibara Obami get 16 votes each, and Itsuki Sumeragi wins 100 votes. Each vote transaction will be managed by Terano Totobami. Miroslava tells Terano that she wants her to win The Election, and Terano tells her that this wasn't how it was planned to end, but, as far as she's concerned, the results couldn't have been any better. It is then revealed that Itsuki Sumeragi made a bet with Terano Totobami on whether or not Kaede Manyuda would manage to get 40 votes. Since he did, Itsuki had to give all her votes she just won and the ones she already had to Terano. But, Itsuki was still happy since she now knew Kaede still had some spirit in him. Then, Itsuki declared that she's officially retiring from the election.
